Do you have warm, fuzzy memories of Homecoming Dances? Or the Prom? Do you cringe at the memory of Initiation Night? Do you laugh when you think of your job at McDonald's, or Boot Hill? Was your favorite pasttime Cruising Earp on a Friday night? |
Karla Yeager - Sophomore initiation... the varsity cheerleaders dressed us up in t-shirts they had made and diapers! Hair all crazy, make-up and stuff written all over us... then it was out to "cruise Earp"! The best part was when they did a Chinese fire drill going into the park and left us on the corner. People were so interested in us that the girls couldn't get back around the park to pick us up! It was a crazy night.

Debbie McKain - Several of us got together recently and wondered whatever happened to.... Dallas Perry, Dan Janousek, Troy Hutton, Kent Nicholson, Robert Shelton ...these were the faces that many of us saw in our teenage dreams.
|
Debbie Dunham - Fun, Fun, Fun! Every single memory of High School is fun ... from cruising Earp, parties at the lake, Stonewalls, Boot Hill. The class of 1981 was a great class of people that all got along so well it made high school tons of fun.

Donna Kreger - Spending evenings cruising Earp and talking to everyone in Boot Hill parking lot.
|
Debbie McKain - Most of my favorite memories involve cruising on Wyatt Earp. Renee Flowers had a blue Mustang, and we loved to chase little yellow pick-up trucks from Kinsley :) Debbie Dunham had an orange Opal GT, and we would squish underclassmen into the back of it. Brian Kline, Chris Waldron and Rusty Keys all spent time cruising Earp in the back of her Opal, twisted up like pretzels. Even now, whenever I'm in Dodge, I always expect to see Gloria Beilke's blue Pinto, Kirt Baird's yellow classic truck, Angie Flores' Mustang II, Kelley Tarter's brown Pinto or Kyle Oliphint's black bomber.

Mark Bomgardner - What I used to love about Dodge was that you could walk anywhere, day or night, without having to worry. It was a great town to grow up in.
